I am selling a 2004 bmw m3 6 speed manual with 128k miles. I will give fulldisclosure below to avoid surprises or misunderstandings. This was originally a smg vehicle converted to a 6 speed manual. -no check engine light or any other warning lights. - no cracks in the rearsubframe. No cracks in the rear trunk floor. - front and rear suspensionbushings are good. - passed california smog inspection(within 90 day transferperiod) - clean title on hand. Upper reservoir return hose. New coolant - new drivebelt, drive belt tensioner and idler pulley - just changed the engine oil andfilter with oem filter kit and 10w-60 liquimoly full synthetic oil 5-28-17. Shined flash light into the oil filter housing and old oil and there are nosigns of anything metallic or shinny. - have receipts for the above other thanthe oil change which i did myself and the bilstein shocks which were items). -i don't know when the smg to 6 speed manual conversionwas done. This is normally a $3000+ conversion. -19" e46 m3 wheels but not done to a high standard). Run flat tires have plentyof tread but the outer edges are worn more than the center. Items of concern:mechanical - radio volume started to cuts in and out after shock wire issue at amplifier or the amplifier itself going out. - motormounts will need re.

I can send more pictures to interested parties but it is a 9/10. When ihad a pre-purchase inspection done before i bought the car the mechanicdescribed it as "superb" and it is in the same condition. It is a clean, simple(6mt with no nav - the "purist's" version) largely unmolested car with lowmiles. No fancy transmission (remember how the e46 smg turned out, the longevityof the dct remains to be seen) adjustable suspension or sunroof/hard top that weall know will break in a few years. Even the typical wear spot on the outsidebolster of the driver's seat is not worn much at all. Car is currently in california, but it was an east coast carfor most of it's life. Has rust around rear fenders, right edge of thefront windshield, but it was repaired somewhat by previous owner and paintedover. The car is mainly oem with the exception ofthe springs and shocks, which are probably not original, but it looks feelsolid, but comfortable not harsh. Before i hear the same question again, why ami selling after 8 month it is because: i have baby, my other family car got rearended. That being said i am not in desperate need of selling. I don't mindusing this for another year and enjoy another summer in it. Clear title, red onblack. Suspension: is straight no rattling, no pulling under breaking, holdsstraight line. Steering wheel does not shimmer. Handbrakes were recently done. Tires are new yokohamas with 400 miles on the oem15" e30 m3 wheels. Engine:compression was tested 210/200/210/195. Valve adjustment about 200 miles ago. Pulls strong, revs nice. Clutch was done 500 miles ago and transmission wasresealed, flywheel, shifter linkage redone. All necessary parts in area were replaced. Receipts are available. Body: wasre-sprayed by previous owner, some over spray at spots, rust was repairedbefore, but not nicely. I have the euro hella smileys waiting to be connected. Interior: blackleather seats, front seats have no tears and the gas shocks to adjust thepassenger side were all changed, d.

Within aweek of purchasing the car, it spun a rod bearing, and i sold the original s14and complete driveline. Theecu was professionally tuned and the ews system was deleted so there is no worryof ever locking down the motor. The car pushes around 340hp to the crank andturns 8200rpm! The swap was done professionally with no corners (or wires) cut. The euro engine wire harness was properly pinned out and mated to the factory uschassis harness. Every gauge works exactly as it should. The motor itself hasroughly 65k miles on it, and all import paperwork is included in the sale. Themotor received a quick tune up, valve cover gasket, and a few misc. The transmission got fresh fluid. The stock euro headers were slightlymodified to clear the e30 m3 firewall and sway bar, then swaintech whitelightning ceramic coated. The rest of the exhaust is a custom stainless setupdone by coffey’s race prep and fabrication. No cats, but there is a resonatorsection with with v-bands, so a catalyst could easily be installed. The rearmuffler is a vibrant. This this sounds like a dtm car! Air Conditioning
